The 5th graders at Boren STEM are excited for their outdoor education trip to IslandWood on Bainbridge Island. This trip provides every child access to the sense of wonder and discovery that comes from meaningful experiences in nature. Students and their chaperones will spend the week diving into nature.

The 5th grade class is responsible for $25,000. This cost covers their weeklong learning, lodging and meals. Each student is responsible for a portion of the cost. The students are taking on a number of different fundraisers to help them meet their goal. This platform allows us to share with our friends and family who want to help support 5th grade so that everyone has a chance to experience this memorable time.
