6th Annual FLJ Scholarship Fund

The Freddie L. James Scholarship Fund is a faith based scholarship awarded to student athletes (2 male, 2 female) from Dallas' David W. Carter High School. It was started five years ago by the members of the 1988 state championship football team as we looked for ways to show love and appreciation to the man who taught and loves us a great deal. It bears the name of our living legend, former athletic director & head football coach Coach Freddie James.
