After my two children died in a car crash. I went to West Africa alone as a nurse to help my grieving. At the end of teaching nursing in a post war zone. I found an abandoned newborn dying with a cleft lip and took him home because there were no resorces there.
   He is a loving deaf person who has needed many surgeries. We used all of our money on it but still owe over $6,000 now and don't have it. It turned out that his cleft went all the way down into his airway. He now has many surgeries to come and we need help paying for it.
   I was also wondering if some people could help me get a grave stone for my dead children. I need a place to go where there names are written in stone please and thank you.
