Help Aasha Joshi Fight Cancer
Beschermde donatie
My cousin, Aasha Joshi (Age 33), was living a happy and satisfied life, raising a 2-year-old daughter with her husband. Until her beautiful world flipped upside down when she found out she had cancer last October. After having abdominal pain and a bloated stomach, she was rushed to the hospital and was diagnosed with stomach cancer (adenocarcinoma). As recommended by doctors, she had her first surgery done on 10/3/2021 at Nepal Cancer Hospital. Following the surgery, she also started Chemotherapy. She had completed her 12 cycles of bi-weekly chemo and is now undergoing weekly Intra venous chemo.
Aasha has been bravely fighting for her life, with her daughter and husband by her side. Her daughter is not up to the age who can understand what the cancer is doing to her mom. Regardless, she tells her all the stories from her daily life and the tv cartoons she watched and prays every morning for her mother. The undergoing therapies and treatment had taken a terrible toll on her body. She has been gradually losing weight and hair but still manages to smile and play with her daughter. Aasha is such a humble-hearted person who has always stepped up to help anyone in need. Thinking about what she had been going through lately drowns my heart to the bottom.
Aasha's family now has spent all their savings on her medical treatment. Friends and relatives have been a great support, but the burden of treatment expenses has risen beyond what her family can handle. Therefore I beg for your help at this time of crisis. A little act of kindness can add up to a lifetime of happiness for her family. Your contribution will directly go towards paying her medical bills. So please contribute and keep her in your prayers.
Thank you for your support.
