Safaa Marzok, a hard working family man that is loved by his community is detained due to unfair justice.
On tuesday July 23rd, 2019. This 27 year old was in a terrible situation. The news is tampering what has happened that night and continuing to promote this as a comedic opportunity. Detroit is a difficult place to live due to dilemma occurring on the daily. This gas station clerk was working night shifts when two brothers walked into the store and caused a ruckus. After a dispute with the two brothers, they steal items from the store. One brother held the door open so his other brother can steal items and not get locked in. They got away with it easily the first time, the second time they came into the store with three other men. The clerk was suppose to go home as his shift ended but was stuck behind a counter due to these men circling the store. The brother who kept the door open has threatened he has a gun on him grabbing his waste to scare the clerk meanwhile the others were going to continue to take items without paying.

Detroit police come to that gas station at least five times a week due to incidents that occur during the night shift. But most of the time the clerks are under a threat everyday working there. People get away with bullying workers that are making an honest living. The clerk reacted to the situation after the threats occurred and from a sequence of the police not aiding to these issues. The clerk shot the man who claimed to have a gun on him in fear of his own life. Even though it was inside the gas station, what will happen when he leaves? Who will respond to his aid once he has been physically harmed? The clerk is one man in a defense of five other males.
This was not an attempt to stop a theft, this was an attempt to defend himself from future occurrence with this group of men. Unfair justice is promoted into the community we live in.
The family needs the assistance and support for and every help they can receive. He was the support of his mom and baby sisters and they will have a rough outcome since he is unable to support them during this time.
