My name is Karen Hug and I have created this go fund me for the Campos family. Many of you know Denise as she has been with the Pompton Lakes school system for many years. Your children may have been in her care, or many of your children might be friends with one of the Campos’ three amazing children. You may know Ronnie and Denise who have been together since their teenage years from the many events they attended in support of their children’s sports and other activities. What you may not know is Ronnie has been battling a very aggressive bone cancer for over a year turning their entire world upside down. They have gone from a two income household to one and although Ronnie has fought this disease like a warrior it is with great sadness he has been placed on hospice. With deductibles not met there will be medical bills and costs for hospice and once hospice has ended. Our community has always rallied around families facing devastating struggles and I hope we can raise enough money to provide relief for the Campos family during this time.
