Robin's Warriors

Donation protected
**Update: Robin now has an army of warriors dedicated to supporting her daughter Annie, who was the light of her life! Right before she passed away, Robin found out that Annie had been accepted to several prestigious universities and she was beaming with pride. The funds raised through this site will go towards Annie's education and your generous donations are greatly appreciated.

If you've ever met our sister Robin, you know she is one of THE MOST selfless, kind and compassionate souls in this world. She has spent her life putting everyone else's needs before hers, constantly dropping everything to help someone she cares about regardless of her own circumstances. It is obvious how many lives Robin has touched with her kindness because the outpouring of love and support over the last three years has been overwhelming! The gift cards, meals, notes and texts are truly what get her through each day. But as this disease grows, so do her needs, and since so many of you have reached out asking how you can best help Robin, we thought it would be easier if we created a site for you to show your support rather than having to go through one of us.

Robin was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer in 2019 and she has relentlessly fought this horrible disease for the last three years. Robin has never complained or asked for help, even through surgeries, continuous chemo, radiation, and most recently Covid. She has continued working at her current job as a preschool director and has valiantly tried to keep life as "normal" as possible for her daughter Annie (a senior in high school). But in light of her most recent medical challenges and news that the cancer has spread to her lungs and brain, she has had to take time off work indefinitely due to her extended hospital stays and weak immune system. These last few weeks have been especially tough. A few days after she was discharged from a two-week hospital stay, she tested positive for Covid and had to be readmitted because of fever and low oxygen. While she was there, she found out that all of the plumbing in her house needed to be replaced because the old pipes were backed up and leaking. So Robin and Annie went straight to Asheville and will be there for a couple of weeks so that my parents can take care of her while she recuperates. Although the staff at her preschool has been incredibly accommodating and her family and friends continue to be supportive, the financial stress of mounting medical and house bills is overwhelming. We all know Robin would never ask for assistance, but as her sisters, we want to help relieve some of this heavy burden if possible. Please know that she expects nothing more than your love and prayers, but if you feel compelled to support Robin and Annie during this season of Thanksgiving, your contribution is truly appreciated.
