Support Chip's Journey to Recovery

Hi everyone,

I’m not one to usually do something like this, but I figured I’d give it a shot. This handsome little man is Chip. He is my 2 year old chonky boy. He loves cuddles, playing with his sister, eating (as you can see), and playing in his tube.

I recently started noticing that he was limping in his hind legs and having low energy so I took him to his vet and after some tests were done, it was diagnosed at hip dysplasia. This, I learned, is a genetic disease that anyone can get at any age where the hip joint (ball and socket) does not fit together properly and can cause pain the worse it gets. Depending on the severity, there are a number of ways this could be fixed. Unfortunately for him, his is progressed so far that he needs surgery.

While I do have some emergency money, I don’t have everything for what this surgery is seeming to cost. This is where I ask for help where anything would be greatly appreciated. Even a repost or a share could be really appreciated. I just want to give what my baby boy deserves and that’s his legs again because he’s just barely starting out in his life.
