Hi, my name is Nikki and anyone who knows me knows my best friend Jeanine and her amazing miracle son Mikey. Mikey was diagnosed shortly after birth with a very rare metabolic disorder, and has been taking a specific medication called Hydroxybutyrate that is an investigational drug and has been taking this for 13 years.

This medication that has been shipped to the US for the past 13 years through Mt Sinai. The hospital has literally said it's not In the budget anymore! Mikey needs this medication period and paying for it out of pocket is just not possible right now, a month supply will cost around $8,200.00 with the shipping costs.
