Medical Expenses for Julie

Hello friends, On December 10th I suffered an "unscheduled dismount" (as one of my friends dubed it) from my beloved horse Phoenix.  I immediately knew I was critically injured and, thank goodness, my barn friends quickly called an ambulance.  I suffered a broken hip and collar bone, along with all the ribs on my left side. My left lung was punctured during the fall and collapsed, and required a chest tube for several days. I was admitted into ICU at Cone Hospital.  A few days later I was stepped down into an orthopedic ward and finally Cone's Inpatient Rehab, where my long road to recovery began. I came home from the hospital on December 29th .  My prognosis is good with a full recovery in 3 - 6 months.  However I will not be able to work for several more weeks and I have costly hospital bills to pay. Quite simply  I'm asking for your help. Your support would mean so much to me. Thank you, Julie
