Mental Health Awarness

Hi Friends!

Please join me in supporting a good cause! I'm raising money for the Coast Guard Foundation Inc, to help raise awareness in providing ample mental health coverage to active duty service members and their families. This includes mental health training for spouses and dependents, which so often goes unrecognized as an area of need.

To bring this issue to national attention, I will be walking across the country! Please join me beginning June 1st on this journey to help our nation's servicemen and their families. I will be starting in Weaver, Alabama, and finishing at the Coast Guard Base in Los Angeles. (Please see https://www.al2la.us for live updates!)
