Essential Gender Transition Treatment

Hi, I’m, Pandora, and you may know me as that manic annoying trans girl on Twitter. I can’t promise I won’t be annoying in future, but I do need your help right now.
I have transitioned relatively late (at the age of 42). I have done it on my own, with no support and very little money, in a country that makes life as difficult as possible for trans ppl. I am proud of my transition and of what I have had to fight through to get here.
But the fact remains that being forced to go through male puberty has left me with facial features that are very hide to disguise.
Although I am an out and proud trans woman, my transition progress has stalled. I have reached the limit of what one trans woman with no resources can achieve on her own.
I wrestle with horrible dysphoria on a daily basis, it has made it extremely difficult for me to have a social life, or even to go out very much, which in turn has caused a worsening of my mental health. The fact that the current climate in the UK is so hostile to trans people makes it more important than ever to me that I don’t stand out unnecessarily.
I have managed to pay for blepharoplasty, but my limited funds have now run out and I am substantially in debt.
I have had a consultation with Dr Xavier Lachiver in Paris and he has outlined the procedures that I need: brow raise, hairline lowering, rhinoplasty and chinplasty. The total cost is £19,000. If I was a French citizen, the cost would be half that but I’m still a UK citizen so I will have to pay the full amount and I’m a long way short.
This surgery is everything. If I can get it, I can have a social life, study, promote and sell my writing and art. Without it I face a daily struggle against isolation and crushing dysphoria that is all-consuming. Any help at all that you can offer would be amazing. Thank you.
