Mike Cardeiro Medical Fund

As some as you may, or may not know, on July 11th 2015 my father James "Mike" Cardeiro was medflighted to Boston Medical Center where he was diagnosed with a ruptured brain aneurysm.   He is only 55 years old.  The following day they performed surgery and were able to save his life.  In the following weeks he suffered a series of strokes and seizures, as well as other medical complications. 
In the months since he has taken steps forward with just as many steps back.  He is scheduled for another surgery in a few weeks.  It is likely that there will be weeks, months and years ahead of rehab for Mike that insurance does not cover.
For anyone that knows or has had the pleasure of ever meeting Mike he is a kind hearted, generous, charasmatic man.   Always a smile on his face and a story to tell.
