My roommates and I are getting kicked out of our current residence unexpectedly, not for any fault of ours, but because the owner wants to move in. None of us were expecting to move anytime soon and some of us-- myself included-- do not have adequate funds to pay for the first month's rent and a security deposit on a new place. Had we known we'd be moving immediately we would've taken more careful precautions.

We are trying everything to scrape together extra cash, but anything else would be most grateful.
