Hello, my name is Angela Ponce, and as some may know, my brother Jose recently got into a motorcycle accident while on his way to work. As a result of this accident, he incurred various bodily injuries, including road rash (peeled skin) on his arms, legs and back and a broken wrist that splintered and came out of the socket, which will require neurosurgery and physical therapy.

Jose has always been a happy-go-lucky guy, and it hurts to see him suffer so much in this condition. He is the type of person who is always giving and never expects anything in return, but our family will need help covering the costs of his surgery and rehabilitation. Though we are unsure of the total bill, this original target is what we estimate to be the upward cost of his medical expenses.

He will be undergoing surgery on Tuesday, August 30th and will need physical therapy for an indefinite amount of time.

The road to recovery has just begun, and he has a long way to go. Any amount helps and goes a long way; even if you cannot donate, please share it with anyone who may be able to help his cause. Please keep Jose in your thoughts and prayers.
