Hi, my name is Delaney Thibodeau and my sweet little cat, Charlie, needed emergency surgery today. He became violently ill yesterday and visits to the emergency vet revealed an obstruction blocking his intestines. This had to be removed immediately because of the risk that it could cause his intestines to rupture. If you know anything about me, you know that Charlie is one of the most important things in my life and I would do anything for him. Because of the emergency of the situation, his surgery has turned out to be very expensive and more than I can manage on my own. I'm a PhD student and just recently moved to Canada, meaning I don't really have or make a ton of money.
