Our sweet boy Rico urgently needs surgery. Rico was scheduled to be neutered, but the vet discovered that one of his testicles never dropped. This condition can be dangerous, as undescended testicles can turn into tumors if not treated. The surgery he needs is more complicated than a routine neuter, and the costs are higher than expected.
