Replace Mike Shriver’s Camera

Many of us have benefited from Mike Shriver’s love of photography over many years, and his photos have captured so many moments in many of our communities - from the monthly Castro Country Club drag show, Mascara, to National AIDS Memorial Grove events, the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, and nature and birds (as displayed at several of his art exhibits).
This past weekend, while Mike was shooting pictures at a Pride event, his camera (a Nikon D700) was severely damaged and no longer works.Please help us repay the kindness Mike Shriver has given all of us through his photography, and chip in anything you can.
A group of us have gotten together to do this for him - Billy Lemon and the Castro Country Club, myself, and some other very kind folks. We’d like to raise enough money to purchase a Nikon D750, which runs between $1300-1500 used.
