On August 27th, The Young family lost their matriarch Joyce to cancer. Only a couple weeks later, on September 12th, her husband Robert tragically passed away in his home. Joyce and Robert were married for 45 years and shared an apartment in Lynn. They leave behind two children-Eric and Lauren, and a ten year old grandson, Lucas. Losing both parents in this manner has understandably sent all their lives into disarray, on top of the financial hardship that comes with losing loved ones, especially ones who provided so much support to their children and grandchild. This fundraiser has been set up to help offset the cost of the funerals and other expenses. any funds left after will be given to Lauren and Lucas to help them recover and provide for themselves.
