Lend a Hand to Charlene in Her Time of Need

Hi guys, it's me HereI'AmDickersons aka Charlene. Myself, like everyone, am struggling financially and simply put, 'I NEED A LITTLE HELP'. After my surgery in October, it's been a downward spiral for me financially. In January, I was scheduled to return to work, yet when my time came for my back-to-work clearance, my doctor said he wasn't satisfied with my current progress at the time and that he highly recommends I take more time to heal. I reported this communication to my then employer. Within 24 hours, I received a call stating, 'They could not hold my position as Case Manager, and they wished me well moving forward.' Just recalling this right now tears me up, and adding insult to injury, it's been a tennis match with DOL & my former employer with receiving unemployment because of the numerical error made in November 2023 with my social security number. I'm currently 'CLEARED' to work now and have 2 good prospects for employment part-time while I go through this unemployment process. As a Case Manager, advocacy is crucial for the population I worked for, and 'I' now have an advocate assisting me with receiving unemployment. As I wait, I'm slowly losing my footing. These are the times when you find out what's really behind the verbs, Friends & Family. Believe me, I found out the hard way. I'm holding on to a few dollars and a WHOLE LOTTA FAITH while making my own personal river of 'tears' because I know that 'This Too Shall Pass,' and decided to not let pride get in my way and open my mouth and simply ask for 'HELP' to help reinforce my hold on life at this time. I don't have time to care about being 'Judged'; I care about staying above water. I'm asking for your help at this time, and that 'ALL' is MUCH Appreciated.
