Welcome to Jordan's Journey. This fundraiser is intended to help Jordan's family raise money for his medical bills, supplement lost household incomes as well as his funeral costs.


Jordan was diagnosed with Type 1 Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), a progressive fatal neuro-muscular disease. Currently there is no treatment or cure for this. Please spread the word to bring awareness of this terrible disease.
