I have launched this page to help support myself through the hospice planning and for further bills and rent. I have no more vacation time to use through work. I have also had to use some retirement money to help pay bills. So I have no way to pay rent. If you cannot help that is fine I appreciate if you can share this with other social media outlets and if you know any other influencers to help this get spread around to help raise funds.

Several weeks ago, I had another mild heart attack. While I was sleeping causing my defibrillator to go off.

Hello friends, I truly cannot believe that I am having to put this out there. As most of you know, I have always tried to keep my private life, just that. Private. Unfortunately, due to circumstances that are now, beyond my control. I am forced to put this out there.

I am close to being homeless without money to pay for my rent and my bills.

My family now faces a daunting financial burden. The cost of treatment for end stage heart failure is exorbitant, and the family is struggling to make ends meet. This is where you can come in. Michael and his family need your help to ease the financial burden and ensure that he gets the treatment he needs to beat this disease.

He is a kind-hearted man who has always helped others, and now it's our turn to give back. After more tests, they thought I should have heart transplant surgery. But, after more testing, they decided I was not a good candidate because my heart was quickly decreasing in output.

Please be advised, Mr. Penzek has been seen diagnosed also with Generalized Anxiety Disorder as well as Unspecified Depressive Disorder at this clinic since 7/12/17. Mr. Penzek has been working hard to utilize coping skills learned however there are many challenges left to work through. At times, Mr. Penzek, is unable to utilize skills and his depressive symptoms worsen. It is my clinical opinion this has been and will be an on-going struggle for Mr. Penzek
