Hello I am Damien‘s aunt Elexis vargas. I have created this GoFundMe for my nephew Damien and my sister Andrea.

This past weekend, Damien's life was forever changed when he suffered a tragic gunshot wound. He is now undergoing multiple surgeries and facing a long, uncertain road to recovery.

Damien is a strong and resilient young man, but he and his mother, Andrea, are now facing overwhelming emotional and financial burdens.

Between medical expenses, time away from work, and the costs of Damien's ongoing care, Andrea is doing everything she can to be by her son's side while holding their world together.
