Help AN Return Home: Escaping Forced Labor

AN is a young woman from Nigeria who left her home in hopes of earning money to support her elderly mother. She traveled to Libya with dreams of a better life, but instead, she found herself trapped in a nightmare.

At first, her situation seemed promising. But when AN tried to stand up for herself against mistreatment by her employer, things took a terrible turn. She was falsely accused of theft, beaten, and even spent time in prison. After her release, she was sent back to her employer, where she continues to face abuse and is forced to work without pay.

AN life is now in danger. She is unable to leave or seek help without risking further harm. For her safety, her real name and identifying details are not shared publicly. She desperately wants to return home to Nigeria and reunite with her mother, but she cannot do it alone.
