Help Mike with medical expenses

Hi my name is Kathleen Cadigan, I’m hoping to raise money for Mike Cadigan, my son, as he undergoes his 4th open heart surgery on November 18, 2021. Mike was born with an Aortic bicuspid valve. This valve is extremely important in the blood flow leaving his heart and in supplying blood throughout the body. Right now half of Mike’s blood is leaking back into his heart and is putting a strain on his heart function. Unfortunately, this valve needs to be replaced. The only treatment is open heart surgery, it’s not a cure, as there is no cure for congenital heart defects. Mike also has an ascending aorta that may need attention during this surgery. Mike will be out of work from his job at Clean Harbors Environmental while he recovers and will need help with living and uncovered medical expenses. Many of you know he’s a loving dad to his 7 year old daughter, Sophia, who cherishes her father very much. As the holiday season approaches, Mike also has those expenses to make her holiday bright. Mike is an extremely proud, hard working man who just needs a bit of help during this time. Please consider donating to help Mike. Other ways you can help would be to donate blood. Although, there’s no blood directly banked for Mike at this time, because of the urgency of his surgery, your donation will help others in need.
