Catherine (Katie) O’ Donnell was recently
diagnosed with stage 2 HER positive invasive
ductal carcinoma breast cancer. What this means
is that it’s fast moving and has already spread to
several lymph nodes. She was also diagnosed with the auto immune disorder Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis which affects the thyroid. Due to these health
issues Katie has been unable to work because
she’s in extreme pain all the time and just started
chemotherapy which has made her seriously ill. In
addition to ongoing chemotherapy Katie will need a mastectomy and radiation as well as ongoing
medical visits and medications.

Katie has a huge heart and is one of the most hardworking people I know. She would not ask for
financial help unless it was absolutely critical.
She’s also a single mother to a sweet and sensitive 6 year old boy named Lux. He means everything to
her and he’s very worried about his mama
recovering.
