On Wednesday, June 20, 2018 Chadwick was hit by a car on North Avenue. Chad is 11 years old and a very bright boy. Although the situation could have been fatal, Chadwick has made great strides in the medical process. We don’t have much info about the driver as the investigation is still open. However, the driver has been cooperative with the investigators. Chadwick is in need of medical supplies and extensive physical therapy to continue the healing process. Insurance has been a major issue in this situation. Although Chadwick has medical insurance, the insurance company will not approve much of the medical equipment needed or the physical therapy needed for Chads recovery. I am a good mom. I work every day for my children. However, Chad will need my undivided attention and i am unable to work as much as i need to to sustain regular bills in addition to extensive bills regarding his care. This giving campaign is my very last resort in trying to have enough money to purchases the medical supplies and materials needed to sustain his care.
