My name is Aseel Emaish. I’m from Gaza, and I’m writing to you with a heart full of pain and a desperate hope for help.

I am one of six siblings. We used to live in a home full of love despite the difficulties we faced. But everything changed when the war came. Our home was destroyed in an airstrike, and we lost almost everything — our house, our belongings, and the small sense of safety we once had.

Now my siblings and I live in a tent. We have no walls to protect us, no beds to sleep in, and often not enough food to eat. We go to sleep hungry and wake up hungry. The nights are cold, and the days are long and filled with fear.

We are just children trying to survive a war we didn’t choose.

I never thought I would ask strangers for help, but this is our only chance. Your support will help us get the basic things we need to survive, such as food, clean water, clothes, and temporary shelter.

In addition, the donations will help cover the costs of evacuating our family to a safer place. This includes border crossing fees, transportation, temporary accommodation, and essential living expenses during the evacuation process.
