Hello, My name is Mary. To start off I am looking for help getting to my appointments at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. To tell you a little about why I need to go there; it is because I have been struggling with an Autoimmune Disease for about 14 years. The doctors cannot figure it out. I have been diagnosed with Lupus, Fibromyalgia, checked multiple times for Lymes Disease. The most resent was testing for MS. I now have another diagnoses for MCTD (Multiple Connective Tissue Disease) I have been sent to so many specialist and none of them speak to each other. This whole time I have suffered with many symptoms and have been put on many medications.  I have reached out to the Mayo Clinic in hopes of getting an appointment and finally getting to the bottom of all of this. I have an appointment starting July 21st. Which I am super happy about. I am asking for help because I financially cannot afford to go. I live check to check, support two children and have many medical bills. I will need to get get a couple of things done to my car like brakes and a tune up. I will need a hotel room for about a week because the diagnostics could take that long. My wife and I will need to eat and drink. All of this takes money I do not have. I really want to keep this appointment and not have to cancel it because I cannot afford to go. I really need to have answers and not just be told to take these meds and come back in 6 months the whole time living miserably. My quality of life is so  bad that I pretty much can get to work and then home to crash. Anything will be appreciated and put to good use. Please help me to make my life better. Thank you
