My parents Latricia and Dave Barber took a trip to Las Vegas for a week to celebrate my mothers birthday which was Wednesday. But early Friday morning my mother knew something was very wrong with her and she called 911 to rush to the hotel they were staying in. Little did everyone know, she had an aneurysm  her brain, causing her brain to bleed and resulted in a sstroke. Latricia is now at a hospital in Las Vegas in critical but stable condition, surgeons performed an operation which is called "coiling" which is to help stop her brain bleed. Dave had called to Oklahoma to inform our family what has happened with our mom. And within a couple hours, her children were on their way to make the 17 hour long drive. Latricia is expected to be in the hospitol for the very least three weeks, and there is no possible way to transfer her to Oklahoma anytime because of the state she is in. She is currently intubated which means that she is fully sedated and has to have a machine breathe fir her. These next 5-7 days are very crucial for her brain as to not cause any more bleeding. The extent of the damage is unknown to anybody yet. My father Dave, has to stay in Las Vegas until she is able to return home, but he has to have help in order to stay by her side for the next three week or more until she is able to return home. We are asking for any donations to help pay for the hotel he has to stay in along with any upcoming expenses. We all pray that Latricia has a speedy recovery. Please pray for her and her family.
