Isaac Blaise Seidle's 1st Birthday Memory Boxes

Our son, Isaac Blaise Seidle, should have turned one on November 21, 2022. Due to premature complications, Isaac couldn't stay on this earth for long. It has been a devastating and traumatic year without our Issy Bear.

In honor of Isaac's birthday, we would like to donate memory boxes to the Mount Sinai West Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). We know all too well the trials of a NICU stay for families. Each memory box will contain a premature onesie, three premature hats, a teddy bear, a NICU journal, and a VISA gift card. Each box will be customized and dedicated to our son, Isaac.
