Yvettes Fight Against Cancer

Hi, my name is Yvette.   I have worked in the IT Department at El Paso Community College since 1993.   I’m a blessed mother of three kids and a grandmother of 9 wonderful grand kids!

Last summer I discovered a lump on my right breast that was diagnosed as, Invasive Ductal Carcinoma-“The Big C”.   Statistics show that every year, 1 out of 8 women will be diagnosed breast cancer.  In 2017 I was the 1 in 8.

I heard that MD Anderson in Houston Texas was one of the top cancer treatment centers in the United States. The oncology staff was very kind and well organized, and quickly determined that I was a stage 3C cancer patient and laid out “the plan” to rid my body of cancer: chemo therapy, surgery and radiation.

I spent the next 7½ months undergoing 22 cycles of chemo therapy.   Sadly, during my visit on Friday, June 1, 2018, my oncologist informed me that the cancer cells were no longer responding to the chemo therapy treatments as expected.

So why am I sharing all of this with you?

Science has proven that the body was designed to heal itself through our immune system and other complex processes that take place within our blood.  The bible emphasizes the importance of the blood in the book of Leviticus, when it states that, “life is in the blood”.

I’ve joined the ranks of those who believe that the traditional method of dealing with cancer by poisoning your blood may not necessarily be the best solution.

There are Natural Alternative Clinics that provide wholesome methods which build up the body’s natural immune system to attack the radical cells that morph into cancer cells.

Unfortunately between FDA regulations, and convoluted medical insurance regulations/policies, the outcome is that the cost involved in all these alternative treatments are not covered and become out of pocket expenses (Which can be anywhere from 20 to 50 thousand dollars, all of which must be paid upfront).

The only solution to the monetary burden is to elicit contributions from my local community (friends and family, my church and other community members) and non-profit organizations that are willing to assist with the out of pocket expenses.

After eight months of attempting the conventional method with little results and at great expense (physically mentally, and monetarily), I have chosen to pursue the natural holistic alternative route.

Will you partner with me in my endeavor to allow my body a more sustainable method of healing from this disease?

Please follow me on my Facebook page, Reva Yvette's Fight to see my progress on how I win the battle against cancer.

Thank you, and God bless you my friends.
