Keri Balkema’s Family Home Fire Fund
Donation protected
Keri Balkema’s family has recently been through one of those life experiences everyone hopes never happens to them: a house fire. On June 8th, Keri’s family home caught fire and burned halfway through the house. Luckily, Keri and her kids were not home at the time so they are all safe! However, the house is uninhabitable and will be for many months ahead. Also, due to smoke and water damage, most of their belongings have been destroyed. Keri and her family will have to replace just about everything and find a new place to live. Insurance will eventually replace most destroyed belongings, however, that will take time and won’t cover all costs. I am starting this fund to help Keri and her kids get back on their feet. Many people have asked what they can do to help and I think prayer would be the number one answer as well as encouraging comments and support. In addition, this fund will be a great start helping them as they begin to replace everything that belongs in a home. Thank you for caring and helping to support Keri and her family!
