Derrick sadly passed at home after a long, hard fight with prostrate cancer. St Luke’s provided an incredible service and Derrick was able to remain at home.

St Luke’s provide essential equipment from beds, to lifting equipment, through to community nurses.

Derrick sadly passed away on the 26th July surrounded by family who loved him.
