Helping Dad ! Helping Delilah !

Dad is disabled with spine damage ! I have trouble walking at times and lifting her! Delilah has a syndrome called Diploid triploid Mosaic Syndrome! Also known as Mosaic Triploidy ! She is the only person around here still surviving this syndrome! Their is about 50 in the world right now !She has 23 extra chromosomes throughout her body ! She has many disabilities including 4 types of seizures! She can’t walk,deaf,prater Willie, syndrome,pika! And many more illnesses! She is my world as well as my 9 year old daughter! I am a single parent! I’m looking for help to get a wheelchair van and other handicap equipment! Please help I don’t ever wanna lose her !! And we are trying to spread awareness around about her syndrome!
