Stroke Recovery Aid

I had a stroke in mid-December, and my medical bills are piling up since I can't go back to work full-time quite yet. Also I need help to keep my medical insurance. Every little help will mean a lot while I focus on gaining my strength back and get all the medical help I need to get back on my feet.
