Support Miguel's Journey

Hello, my name is Cristina Martinez. I am reaching out for help for who used to be my stepdad long ago. His name is Miguel Gomez.

I hesitated to create this fund because I don’t like to ask for help. After some prayer, I decided to move forward in creating the fund with the help of my family.

I’ve seen how the community gets together to help when there is a need, and it’s truly something beautiful.

Miguel is in crucial need right now. He has been out of work for a little over a year due to a knee issue. About a week ago, he was taken to the emergency room in critical condition. He is a diabetic, had pneumonia, and was diagnosed with sepsis.

Even though he is no longer my stepdad, my family and I would like to help him, but we can’t do that alone. This is the only resource we have right now.

He does have family here, and I am hoping they can help him find accommodations soon.

No one is obligated to donate, and whatever you are able to help with is very much appreciated!

More than anything, we also need help in prayer.

The word of God says where there are two or more people gathered in His name, He is there.

I believe in the power of prayer.

Dudé en crear este fondo porque no me gusta pedir ayuda. Después de orar un poco, decidí hacerlo con la ayuda de mi familia.

He visto cómo la comunidad se une para ayudar cuando hay necesidad, y es algo realmente hermoso.

Miguel se encuentra en una situación crítica ahora mismo. Lleva poco más de un año sin trabajo debido a un problema de rodilla. Hace aproximadamente una semana, lo llevaron a urgencias en estado crítico. Es diabético, tuvo neumonía y le diagnosticaron sepsis.

Aunque ya no es mi padrastro, a mi familia y a mí nos gustaría ayudarlo, pero no podemos hacerlo solos. Este es el único recurso que tenemos ahora mismo.

Tiene familia aquí y espero que puedan ayudarlo a encontrar alojamiento pronto.

Nadie está obligado a donar, y cualquier ayuda que puedan aportar será muy apreciada. Más que nada, también necesitamos ayuda en la oración.

La palabra de Dios dice que donde dos o más personas se reúnen en su nombre, Él está allí.

Creo en el poder de la oración.
