Hi, I’m Jennifer. While I live in the US, I’m trying to raise funds to help my sister Carol repair her home in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, that was damaged by Hurricane Melissa. Her home suffered excessive wind and rain damage to the structure, windows, roof, furniture, and personal belongings. Her house was damaged after two large trees fell on sections of her house, damaging the roof. She lost mattresses, clothing, etc. She wants to rebuild as soon as possible to avoid excessive exposure to the elements when it rains, as she’s severely asthmatic. Funds will go towards buying building materials, paying workmen, replacing her freezer and mattresses, among other household items. We would greatly appreciate any help, no matter how small.
