David Vetkov was born March 22, 2001. He had just turned 19 years old. David was the youngest of 10 children and had such a special relationship with everyone; to some he felt more like a son than a brother. David was a loving son, brother, fun uncle, and most importantly a friend to everyone he met.
David was best known for having a smile on his face and a basketball in his hand. His smile was contagious and his heart was affectionate and generous. His love for the Lord was seen in everything he did. David wrote out a verse on the backpack he always carried and rode with; and we’re happy that he lived this piece of scripture out. “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone that believes.” Romans 1:16
On April 18, 2020 David was suddenly taken from us by a fatal motorcycle accident. We have comfort knowing he is rejoicing with The Lord and his earthly father.
This GoFundMe will go to David’s mom to help with funeral costs and everyday living until she is ready to return back to work.
