On October 4th, Daisy started going potty in our beds and all around the house. The morning of the 5th, she was constantly using the bathroom on herself, shaking, and did not want to move. We instantly brought her to Westbury Animal Hospital. Her platelet count was almost zero, her liver was enlarged, and tests were run. She was admitted to their ICU. On October 6th, she developed a brain bleed, hypertension, and had a seizure. She was started on a chemo drug to help her make platelets. Today, October 7th, her platelet count started to come up a bit, but not enough to come home. Still trying to figure out what’s going on.

I have had Daisy since 2014, she is our world and my whole heart. As we continue to keep her in ICU, the price is increasing. Vet bills can be expensive as we all know. Anything can help us out.
