Let's Help Matt's Recovery!

On Sunday October 9, 2022, the biggest rockstar without a band that you know, PNW Rock n Roll staple, and our friend Matthew Méndez (MattBastard, @mattbastard666 ) had a sudden stroke. This has left him without the use of his right arm and leg. He's been hospitalized ever since. He's expected to be there for a few weeks while he goes through physical therapy. He's got some insurance through the Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare") insurance. His employer is holding his job for him when he's healed up and good to go again, but there's no telling how long that will be. His immediate needs are rent, utilities, etc. Matt has estimated that to be around $1,500 each month. He's got November covered from his savings, but we're looking to cover December, January and beyond if necessary. He is dedicated to his therapy and is optimistic being on his own two feet as soon as he is able. It's going to be hard enough to heal up without the added stress of covering rent and bills. I know that times are tight and there's not a lot left over after covering our own utilities, but every little bit helps. You know he would kick in for us if the roles were reversed. Even just a share / signal boost of this GFM will help get it in front of more eyes.
