I'm not good at writing for things like this. My emotions take over and I tend to not make much sense, so if I ramble I am so sorry. Two of the best people I have ever known recently lost everything! And when I say everything, I mean everything! They lost their sweet baby dog Macy. They lost all of their belongings and were left with nothing but the clothes on their backs. More importantly they lost memories! They lost photos and keepsakes. They lost the right to be able to look back on pictures and remember the best days of their lives. Sondra and Charlie were the victims of a horrendous house fire, one that did not show them any mercy! I cannot even begin to understand the magnitude of such a loss! Their beautiful kids have been uprooted from the home they've known since I can remember! They lost things that they should be able to look back on years from now and say, hey! I remember that and I miss those days! They lost their comfort zone. Their safe haven. They lost their HOME! I have started this fundraiser because if anyone deserves the prayers and support of friends and family, they certainly do! They are the people that help whenever they can! They are the people that would do without for themselves knowing they made a difference in someone else's life. I am asking that everyone come together, help, and pray for the people that hold a very special place in my heart. We cannot replace what was lost but we can certainly make it easier for them to try and grasp this horrible thing and move forward! I know in my heart and soul, that the power of prayer and love and support, can undoubtedly move mountains and go a long way to help the healing process.
