Basement Boxing Gym Rehab
5 Minute Fitness Gym has parked and developed a State of the art training faclity for all ages and skill levels in the Northend of Saint Paul.
There is a need for boxing and we want to develop the downstairs for this group. We have experienced coaches ,but we need the space for a ring , heavy bags and Speed bags where clients can really focus on Boxing. Our downstairs is perfect for this with some rehabing.
At the end of the month we will have our very own Rocksteady Boxing certified coach Gary Struss. With years of experience and knowledge he will be equipt to work with people diagnosed of Parkenson Disease. The research shows outstanding benefits they can recieve by working those motor skills.
In addition there will be programs to sponsor kids boxing. Getting them off the street and into a place with structure can positive influence can radiate through their lives.
