Please help me and my girls

Please help me. I just retired from the Army.  I was expecting my last check with the leave days I sold to pay bills. All of my savings went to getting an apartment close to my daughters. I was just told that because of some technicality, I lost the the leave days and would not be paid for them.  I don’t know what to do.  I have two days of food for my daughters.  My account is negative from bounced checks that were supposed to be covered, and is continuing to increase. I am looking for a job right now until I start college. I feel like the biggest piece of crap in the world for doing this, but I don’t know what to do. This is totally my fault. Whoever can help I will be in your debt for the rest of my life.
