My journey fighting lymphoma
Donation protected
After being diagnosed with Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, you quickly go into survival mode and on top of that get slapped with a massive amount of information, testing, medications, possible side effects, aaand medical bills. It’s hard asking for financial help, no one likes to do it, and it’s not something I’m particularly good at. But there really isn’t much space for pride in my life right now. My doctor and I have decided that it’s best for me to solely focus on recovering and listening to my body, so I’ve had to take a break from work at the moment.
I had my midpoint Scan on 2/15 and I am happy to share that my results came back clear and showed No Evidence of Disease! This is what my family, friends, and I have been praying and wishing for. To say I feel beyond blessed is an understatement and I thank you all for your prayers. Although my scans came back clear, I will have to finish off the last two cycles of RCHOP and keep resting at home as my immune system is compromised during this time. No amount is too small and I am greatly thankful even if you’re only able to share this with others.
He is good, no matter what.
