On Sunday May27,2018, Renesia and her best friend left to part take in the carnival parade in Orlando,FL. Around 5:05 pm Renesia and her best friend was last spoken to and stayed they were on there way home. However they never showed up so I didn’t think anything bad about it just figured they went back to renesia apartment and rest. Now Monday May 28,2018. I’m calling renesia calling her friends phone calling both of them no answer straight to voicemail. Then took the kids and walked over to the apartment knocked and knocked no one answered. So as we came back home Her cousin txted me and ask have you heard from Re I said no and now this was after 2 in the afternoon. I began to get worried. So her cousin came over and began to make phone calls checking high checking low. We was going to wait till 5:05 pm the 24 hour mark to make a missing person report on both girls. But just then her cousin saw a video and noticed it was her car in a fatal accident. So we proceed to the hospital and there we came to find out Renesia Petrus has a passed away . It breaks my heart to right this my granddaughter my heart is no longer with us. just 8 months prior we buried my daughter her mother. This is very hard for me to do. But anything helps. I’m working closely with her father and other family members in bringing her home to st.croix to be laid to rest next to her mother. I sincerely thank each and every one who helps. Renesia was a beautiful soul and very much loved by all her kids and family will truly miss her.
