Mission Trip to Uganda, East Africa

Greetings,
I am a Choreographer, Artistic/Creative Director, Educator, and Dancer in today's commercial dance industry with over 20 years of experience. One of my primary focuses is on restoring the soul and groove to the commercial dance artist. In return to furthering the progression of upcoming generations, I have dedicated my talents to choreography, dance performance, dance instruction, and mentoring the artistic growth of fellow artists. I am passionate about refining the growth of artists, spiritually, mentally, and physically.
I am embarking on a mission trip to Uganda, East Africa on April 18-26, 2016. This mission trip is an opportunity for me to positively touch the hearts of other people by sharing God's love His Word through my gift and art of dance on a global platform; through dance ministry, fellowship with the youth in Zana, teaching workshop classes, and learning more about the environment in a cultural context. As I move in this mission, I will also continue to discover deeper depths about myself on this journey. Furthermore, I will be traveling with Dance Mission International and Dove Ministries International (DMI) under the direction of Pr. Cory Ratliff of The Sign of the Dove Church, Waukegan, IL. We will use dance to reach many youth in the city of Zana. There will be a dance conference that is free to the youth. We will also be directly involved with Pure Love Uganda (https://thesignofthedove.nm-secure.com/PLUG) in meeting with the children, praying with them, speaking words of life to them, and providing them with encouragement for ministry.
Therefore, my goals are to be able to bring hope, encourage, and inspire others through my gifts. Also, to know that I made a positive impact in someone else’s life is the purest gift and blessing I would hope to continue to bring to the world. I am asking for your help because this mission trip requires that I raise funds for my travel and accommodations. I would appreciate any amount you are able to give. 100% of the proceeds go toward this mission trip. Funds are needed by April 10, 2016. Thank you for all of the people who have inspired me to step out in faith and embark on this mission.
