Jennifer Conti is a beloved mother, godmother, and aunt who has been batteling cardiomyopathy her whole life. She must take multiple medications daily in order to keep her heart from failing. She is in desperate need of a heart transplant in order to stay alive. Jennifer will be 47 this year and has her whole life with her husband and two children to look forward to. Please help us to pay for this necessary surgery.
