5 Days. 25 kilometres. One purpose

Organisers:Pte Ajaya Shrestha Lawat & Pte Ajay Rai

We as a team of six from the 10 Queen’s Own Gurkha Logistic Regiment, will take on a challenge marching 5 kilometres a day for 5 consecutive days, each carrying a 15kg load at Tapa Camp, Estonia.

This is more than just a physical test; it is a demonstration of resilience and brotherhood, and, most importantly, a commitment to giving back and supporting a meaningful cause.

As Gurkhas, we are proud of our heritage, our discipline, and our unwavering commitment to service. Through this challenge, we aim to strengthen our team spirit, build morale, and push our physical limits, while sharing the rich Gurkha culture with our British colleagues.

But our mission goes beyond the march.

We are raising funds for the Gurkha Welfare Trust, a charity dedicated to supporting Gurkha veterans and their families in Nepal. Many of these veterans, who once served with honour and bravery, now rely on this support for basic needs such as healthcare, financial assistance, and community development.

For us, this is personal.

This is about standing by those who once stood for us.

Every step we take over those 25 kilometres is a reminder of the hardship many veterans face daily. And every pound you donate helps ease that burden.

Even a small contribution can make a real difference in Nepal. Providing essential medical care, Supporting elderly veterans and Improving living conditions for families in remote communities

100% of the funds raised will go directly to supporting Gurkha veterans.

We invite you to be part of this journey.

Support us. Encourage us. Stand with us.

Your generosity will not only motivate us to push through every mile, it will also bring hope and support to those who truly deserve it.

Thank you, Dhanyabad
