Raising for college

Donation protected
Kayleigh has been offered a scholarship opportunity to go over to America for the college experience. This scholarship includes the full experience including getting to compete at the division 1 level which is the highest level to compete at. Kayleigh started competing in 2020 which was her first season of little athletics. She didn't start training until mid 2021 and started getting competitive with the sport in 2022. She made it to regionals for the first time in high school in 2022 and made it to school states fit the first time the same year. Unfortunately she got really sick and went into liver failure in November 2022 and was out for nearly 3 months. She came back into the second half of the little athletics season and made it to states but states didn't go to plan and she was about to give up. In the lead up to the 23/24 season she worked her butt off. She won districts and regionals and got third in the state for the 100 and 200 at school states with 4 out 5 PBs over three days. She also got national qualifiers and represented queensland in Adelaide at the national track and field championships for 2024. At nationals, she placed 10th in australia for the 100 and 14th in australia for the 200. At the queensland state championships she got 3rd in the 100 and 5th in the 200 with 2 out of 4 PBs running 12:53 and 25.63. We would all greatly appreciate if you could help kayleigh out in achieving her goal of going over to the states for four years. Thank you to everyone who has supported her this far and continues to do so and thank you in advanced to everyone that donates.
